The Art Syndicate is a working studio and gallery in its second year. It recently developed into a co-op, taking members who want to join the community. " There's a younger crowd that is starting to inhabit the Delano area. Some of the wild west and the entrepreneurial spirit is showing up here," said Shawn McDonald, who formed the Syndicate with fellow artist Tom Coats.
